Rule 24
Details of goods distributed for samples or received for free
In addition to the records mentioned in Rule 23, the registered person shall also keep the following details related to the transaction:-
(a) Details of items received and distributed as samples for business promotion.
(b) Details of items received and distributed free of charge.
